If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
- License to Use the Service Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use of the Service is strictly prohibited.

You further agree not to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation.Privacy and Data Usage By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your chat conversations may be monitored or reviewed by the Company and its authorized representatives for quality control purposes. You agree not to share any sensitive or private information, including but not limited to personal identification information, financial information, or medical records, within the chat. The Company is not responsible for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of any information you provide through the Service.
- No Liability for User-Generated Content Meyvn AI is an artificial intelligence chatbot and the information provided through the Service should not be considered factual, professional, or expert advice. The Company, its affiliates, and subsidiaries disclaim any liability for any actions taken or not taken based on the information provided by the Service. You are solely responsible for your reliance on the information obtained through the Service and for any consequences resulting from such reliance.
- Limitation of Liability By using the Service, you agree to release the Company, its affiliates, and subsidiaries from any liability related to the use of the chat and the information provided by Meyvn AI. In no event shall the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or other damages arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the Service, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party rights, including intellectual property rights.
- Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and trade secret rights, are owned by the Company or its licensors. - Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the Service. No modification or amendment to these Terms shall be binding upon the Company unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
- By using the Meyvn AI chat application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease your use of the Service.
